Intrusive Thoughts Could Be Depressing, But Pay Attention To It!

Sometimes, we have these thoughts in our heads, that can be very questionable. Sometimes, they're impulsive, other times they're negative, and most times they are lies feeded to us, to keep us in a negative head space.

But I don't want to talk about your negative thoughts, because it can be triggering. I want to talk about how you should pay attention to them. These thoughts come in our heads, for a reason. Most of us, neglect the thoughts and goes on about our business. Some of us, act impulsive because of the thought. And a lot of us, will drink or smoke our thoughts and pain away.

But today, I am asking you to be aware of them. Sometimes, those thoughts can be our inner child crying for help. Those thoughts can be inner demons, who's trying to stop you from growing. Those thoughts can be someone else's thoughts and you're feeling their energy. This is why it's time to start really paying attention to them.

When you have a negative feeling or an intrusive thought. Start to:

Pay attention to where you are, look around you. Where are you? Because sometimes these thoughts could be a warning, or sometimes these thoughts come around when you're at a place you're not suppose to be.

Pay attention to what you're listening too, is it music? Is it a TV? Is it a person from social media that you actually enjoy listening too? Some of these thoughts can come in, when your energy doesn't mix with theirs. As much as we want it too, because we like to be for everyone, but unfortunately we're literally not for everyone. Some people can trigger you, and trigger you in a way of being negative towards yourself, especially if you're not healed.

Pay attention to the things that you watch, especially on TV, and social media. When you are in the middle of healing yourself, you are sensitive, your wounds are still trying to heal itself, so at any point, you can scroll or turn to something that is completely triggering to your mind, and now you're back to square one.

It is completely right, to be aware of the things you're letting into your soul, and mind when you are trying to heal it. There's so many spirits out there, that will attack you with a simple eye contact through the screen.

Pay attention to you. What made you traumatized? What are some things you need to heal from? Have you been abused? Have you been overlooked? Have you always been alone? There's so many issues we dealt with growing up and never actually dealt with them. Neglecting ourselves is why our soul and mind could be so angry at us, and this is why you have a hard time with healing because you have so much untouched trauma built up, that needs to be broken down, and taken care of.

Pay attention to the people that you are attracting. Pay attention to your friends. Pay attention to who you're dating and giving your body too. We are so quick to allow someone in our lives, we are so quick to allow someone in our bedroom. Without knowing anything about them. This person that you're friends with is probably carrying a lot of demons, and unhealed trauma, just as much as you are, and having two unhealed, trauma bonded friendships can literally be the cause of your negative thoughts. Your friends don't genuinely love you, as though you don't love them either because neither of you know what love is, due to not being connected to God or how your parents raised you. The friendship bonded through traumas and are friends because "I feel like she gets me" if you don't understand who you are, they don't know you either. Your thoughts could be theirs, and how they truly feel about you. You could even get thoughts about how they feel about their selves. Same exact thing for relationships. You attract a narcissist because a narcissist will humble you, and show you exactly why you need to heal your traumas and thoughts. They love when you're sick, mentally because it's easier to destroy you. People are a huge part in how we feel about ourselves. This is why isolation is needed, so we can understand who we truly are, and won't need the validation of others to feel like we're important.

Pay attention to the signs, you could be getting negative thoughts because the devil wants to keep you there. The devil is a spirit that likes to attack the mind. The more you don't see the signs, that God has been trying to send you, the more the devil has time to play with you, and attack you. Some things happen over and over and over again. Some voices come back over and over and over again because it needs to be heard. Not ignored. The more you, you ignore it, the more it gets louder and louder. Listen to your thoughts. Pay attention to it. Most of the time it's your inner child begging for you to heal.
