How do you know if you are vibrating at a low vibration?



Low vibrational energy could be why you aren't able to move forward in life. There are things happening around you on PURPOSE to see if you're going to wake up, or if you're going to keep running in circles.



Let me tell you, the ways that you're keeping yourself in this low vibrational energy. First I want to tell you want low vibrations mean. The google definition, of "What is low vibrational energy?" It states "Low vibrational energy is dark and dense. It makes you feel heavy. It is commonly associated with negative emotions such as suffering, sadness, low self-esteem, jealousy, anger and etc."


With that being said, most of society, was not properly trained on love. Instead, most of society was raised off of hate, criticism, neglect, and abuse. When you are traumatized in that way, you are basically forced to live in a low vibrational energy because of how you were raised. Now, how you were raised is not your fault. If you had witness your parents abusing and hurting each other. You're bound to do that to yourself, or others around you. Maybe even attract some partners that are abusive, because it is all that you know. You may even have a parent who is insecure, and you witness this behavior by how they treat themselves, how they treat you, or they might even be mad at you due to their life choices, and seeing you reflects that. Or when they're envious and jealous of others around you. Maybe even get on the phone, and talk about other people to their peers. There are so many triggers within the home, that starts off this low vibrational energy, which continues to grow into your adult life.



But as you're growing up, you need to make a choice if you want to continue to live in this low vibrational energy like your parents, or do you want to elevate above that?


I am going to tell you the low vibrational energy, that you're doing just about everyday, and this is why life has been very stuck, depressing, and unhappy for you.


First, is any negative emotions that you feel towards yourself. Any feelings that you feel about yourself is going to reflect in pretty much all of your relationships. Most of you, don't even know how you got insecure, because I sure didn't. It took me until I was 23 years old to realize I never had true love for myself. I was thriving off of male attention, the amount of friends I had, and people telling me that I was pretty. I never truly believed it myself. But what I learned is if you're being insecure, and negative saying "I am not pretty" "I am not deserving" "I am not good enough". Or doubting yourself in any type of way. This is called self hate. When you are vibrating low, you will not be able to take care of yourself the way that you deserve, because you already don't think that you aren't worthy of anything. Bad things happens which makes you do even more to yourself such as drinking, drugs, smoking, sex with anyone who shows you a little attention. When you are hating yourself, you're showing people how to treat you, you are showing people how to be your friend, and this is why you aren't finding real ones, You're letting people treat you however due to an old perception of how you see yourself. You thrive off of what people say about you because you were raised that people's opinions matter, and that you need to act this way to be accepted. But life really isn't about being accepted by people. It's about accepting yourself first, because if you don't, then who will? You need to be your own best friend first. You need to tell yourself you're worthy. You need to tell yourself you're able. You need to find yourself, and to stop living for other people. This is why you need to build and create your own self image. You're insecure and low vibrational due to how you were raised, and how much love your parents weren't giving you, so you look for love outside of you because you never felt like you were important enough to love. Which is not true.





You're worthy of everything that you want. But, first you have to change your behaviors which is not an easy thing. When you're so used to the dark, you just feel like you'll never get out of it. But these are cycles, and lessons that God has placed on you due to your childhood traumas. You can either grow from it, or keep staying unawaken. You are the creator of your reality. When you're having dark thoughts about yourself, they are going to be presented to you in human body form, and in situations. The power of the tongue is real, and you need to start using your words wisely. You are the reason why this is all happening. You are life. Without you, there is NO life. You need to treat yourself like you're the greatest thing on this Earth because you are. People wouldn't even get to experience you, if you weren't here. People need someone like you in their life whether you believe it or not. You need to start believing that you are THE ONE. You are special. You are loved. You are beautiful. You are handsome. We need you. I need you. Someone needs your energy. Don't ever doubt yourself. Your worth, and what you mean to this world. Your parents couldn't love you the way that you deserved because they never found out how to love themselves. That's why it's really on you to do it for you. Waiting on people to see your worth, instead of you just seeing it first, is never going to manifest the way you think. Most people know what you're worth and just hoping you don't, and this is why they never treat you the way you deserve. You have to realize that you are the light and without you, there is no THIS. Treat yourself with love, and respect. YOU deserve that.



Things that are keeping you in a low vibrational energy:


Depression.

Anxiety.

Worry.

Stressed.

Fake Friends.

Social Media.

Toxic Behaviors.

Insecurity.

Sex.

Unhealthy foods.

TV/Media.

No sunlight.

Anger.

Jealously.

Gossip.

Lying.

Deceiving.

Sadness.

Ego.

Low self-esteem.

Drinking.

Smoking.




If you look at this list, and you do many of these things that are on the list, you are considered low vibrational. And that is okay, the first step to growing out of this energy, is being accountable. If you are in-denial about what you could be doing, then you will never be able to be awaken. You are the creator of your reality, people cannot force you to behave a certain way, to act a certain way, and to move a certain. When you're pointing fingers at everyone besides yourself, you're not showing yourself the love you're craving. Your ego can really stop a lot of beautiful things. Make sure you know the difference or it's back to square one of broken lessons, and repeated cycles.
